  4. the monthly CD-ROM series by ROMWARE with tested and selected Shareware.

  6. Shareware is neither Freeware nor Public Domain, but a worldwide used 
  7. concept to distribute Software without considerable expenses. 
  8.  
  9. You are free to test Shareware programs free of charge (just follow the 
  10. author's guidelines). If you use a Shareware program not only for the
  11. sake of testing it, you have to register at the author (or his 
  12. representative) - i.e. buying the right to further use the program. 
  13.  
  14. Some Shareware programs might have a limited use in many different 
  15. ways. This doesn`t mean they don`t work! However, when you register you
  16. will not only receive a full version of the program (without any built-in 
  17. limitations) - you will usually be provided with additional documentation
  18. and informed about updates.

  20. Even though we have tested and virus-checked every program that is released 
  21. on ROMWARE, we cannot guarantee that each program is compatible with every
  22. kind of PC-configuration. If you have any problems with our products, don't
  23. hesitate to contact us. We would be glad help you.
